Message	Have you double checked the connections on the "engine bay fuse box" wiring modification you did on your 95 (When it used to work before you installed the HID) Have you tried taking the HID off (for testing purposes)? Possibly the modification got messed up when installing the HID... I believe the HID may have disrupted the ground circuit signal from the relay or somthing? I'm kinda grasping at straws here.. since I am not there to help diagnose.
